Class Description

The Conditioning class is designed to be an accompaniment to any and all forms of dance offered by AUDS. The purpose is to increase strength, balance and flexibility through a variety of exercises targeting the core, arms and legs. The class will start out slow and will gradually get more difficult but I will provide as many different options as possible so that it is doable and fun for all levels.

 

Recommended Attire:

Wear flexible clothes that you can move in and if you have a yoga/exercise mat we recommend you bring it but it is not mandatory.
