The Conditioning class is designed to be an accompaniment to any and all forms of dance offered by AUDS. The purpose is to increase strength, balance and flexibility through a variety of exercises targeting the core, arms and legs. The class will start out slow and will gradually get more difficult but I will provide as many different options as possible so that it is doable and fun for all levels.
Wear flexible clothes that you can move in and if you have a yoga/exercise mat I recommend you bring it but it is not mandatory.
